Celebration Place (Grades K–5) at First Baptist Huffman
Your Family In The Making
While parents or guardians attend Celebrate Recovery, children can enjoy a safe, fun, and encouraging environment at Celebration Place (Grades K–5). This program is designed for children in Grades K–5 and helps them learn healthy coping skills, Biblical values, and age-appropriate recovery principles similar to what adults are learning in Celebrate Recovery.
Important: Children in Grades K–5 may not be dropped off without a parent or guardian attending Celebrate Recovery on campus during the program.
At Celebration Place, children can:
• Make new friends
• Play games and enjoy activities
• Sing songs and worship
• Create crafts
• Watch videos and participate in group lessons
• Learn about God’s love and care for them
Every week, children explore age-appropriate lessons that reflect the same topics being taught in Celebrate Recovery, including:
• Denial
• Powerlessness
• Forgiveness
• Grace
• Mercy
• Healing and hope
